The Thirsting for Justice Campaign calls on supporters worldwide to sign-up to its summer challenge by living on 24 liters (6.3 gallons) of water for 24 hours, a reality faced by many Palestinians in the West Bank today, particularly during the summer, when Israeli national water company Mekorot reduces water supplies.

Hana al-Shalabi, an imprisoned Palestinian held under administrative detention without charge or trial, has been engaged in an open-ended hunger strike since her re-arrest on February 16, 2012. Now that Khader Adnan’s heroism has opened the eyes of the world to the struggles of Palestinian prisoners, it is imperative to keep the pressure on for Hana al-Shalabi.

Action alert from The American Association for Palestinian Equal Rights. Please make your voices heard and tell the Obama Administration, "Enough!".  Providing Israel with tools of mass violence and failing to insist that it permanently and unconditionally end settlements will advance war and suffering, not peace and reconciliation, across the Middle East.
