Every single day for a year, MECA’s team of staff, partners, and volunteers have been going out to meet the enormous needs in their communities. They won’t stop even though—like everyone else in Gaza—they are experiencing the death of loved ones, the destruction of homes, repeated displacement, and constant danger.
Nevertheless, as Wafaa El-Derawi, MECA Aid Coordinator says “We are still here.”
