Shop for a Cause, Shop Palestine. As part of our work to aid Palestinian children and families, MECA buys and sells Palestinian crafts and goods to support the talented craftspeople in Palestine, help them generate income, and protect their way of life. Additional proceeds from sale of these items will be used to support our programs in Palestine.
