This year’s bazaar is a benefit for emergency aid for Gaza.
We’ll be having some lovely small events during the bazaar:
11 am–1 pm: Jos Sances & Juan Fuentes authors of Mission Grafica: Reflecting a Community in Print – book signing
12-1 pm: Hashem Abdel-Hadi, originally from Jenin. Architect and Musician – will be doing a live painting for auction
1-3 pm: Natalie Tannous – will be doing a live tatreez (embroidery) demonstration
1-3 pm: Wafa Shami, author of A is for Arab – will be reading her children books.
2-4 pm: Renda Dabit, Henna Garden – will be doing henna
