The situation here is so much worse than you are seeing.
We never know if we will live through the night.

That’s something Wafaa, my MECA co-worker in Gaza, said to me on the phone in mid-October. I’m sure you understand that the situation is even worse today.

I want to share with you more about what Palestinians are facing—and about MECA’s response—but first I want to ask you to do two urgent things now:

#1 Save & print the “We Stand with Palestine” poster, put it in your window, and post in your social media. While Palestinians are routinely dehumanized, you can express your solidarity and raise awareness with something as simple as a poster.

#2 Make a contribution to MECA of $25, $50, $100 or as much as you can. We are getting aid to people in Gaza every day. We need your help again now to continue.

Contributions from people like you already helped MECA provide food, hygiene products, and other necessities to more than 300,000 people since October 7th.

You understand the enormous scale of the horror in Gaza. That’s why I’m asking you to make the most generous contribution you can afford now.

More than half of all homes in Gaza are gone, and almost two million people are displaced. Thousands of children will never see their parents again. Every child is traumatized by the death and destruction all around them.

Your support of MECA will provide some measure of hope, dignity, and solidarity—along with the most basic necessities—for children and families struggling to survive relentless Israeli attacks

Please make the most generous contribution you can now. And show that you stand with Palestine at this crucial moment by putting up your poster.
