Israel: STOP the deportation of 400 children from Tel Aviv

Last Sunday, the film “Strangers No More” won an Oscar for best short documentary and three Emmy awards. The film focuses on a  school in Israel attended by the children of migrant workers and refugees from 48 countries.

This Sunday, March 6, Four hundred children from the migrant community featured in the film will be deported from their homes in Tel Aviv, Israel.

An Academy Award won’t keep these children from being deported but, together, we can.

If we act now.  All of us.

From Arizona and New Orleans to Tel Aviv and East Jerusalem: No one should be forced from their home.

We call on the State of Israel to stop deportation proceedings immediately and grant these children and their families full civil and human rights.
