Berkeley, CA: Final UC Berkeley Student Senate Hearing on Divestment from War Crimes

WHEN: WEDNESDAY APRIL 28TH, 2010, 10PM*

Please note last minute time change. Cal Students for Justice in Palestine is gravely concerned that these last-minute changes will serve in effect to dissuade people from coming to the hearing in order to express their views and engage in the much needed debate that we all need to have.

WHERE: MLK BUILDING, UC Berkeley (Bancroft and Telegraph).

WHAT: Come out in support of overturning the veto of a bill that calls for divesting from 2 companies directly involved in Israeli war crimes

WHY: Veto claims bill is divisive. Come show broad support.

HOW: At the meeting, please check-in with Cal Students for Justice in Palestine at the entrance or ask someone in a green armband inside the room.
