Thanks to your generous support, MECA was able to deliver 4 tons of medicine for children and infants, 3.5 tons of powdered milk, 5 tons of baby cereal, state-of-the-art wheelchairs, an ambulance equipped as a mobile intensive care unit, and a truckload of thousands of coloring books and crayons to Gaza to serve the thousands of injured and displaced.

MECA also worked with our partner, Afaq Jadeeda Association, to buy food and deliver cooked meals and blankets to displaced families and plastic sheets to cover broken windows in homes in the southern Gaza Strip during the weeks following the "ceasefire".
